Your front desk is
with a patient.
Mia answers anyway.
Mia is an AI receptionist built for med spas. She answers every call in seconds — after hours, at lunch, and mid-treatment — answers questions from your own treatment menu and price list, and books the consult into your scheduler before the caller hangs up. We build her around your clinic and run her for you.

A call that would have gone to voicemail.
Press play. A caller asks about Botox at 7:42pm, gets a real answer from the price list, is told plainly that a treatment recommendation is the doctor's call — and hangs up with Thursday at three already booked. Nobody at the clinic touched the phone.
- MiaThanks for calling Lumen Aesthetics, this is Mia. How can I help?
- CallerHi… um, do you do Botox? I was hoping to get in sometime this week.
- MiaWe do. Botox is thirteen dollars a unit, and your first consultation is complimentary. Would you like the consult and the treatment on the same day?
- CallerOh — really? Yeah, that'd be great. Actually, quick question. I've got these lines across my forehead, and my friend said I might need filler instead. Which one should I be getting?
- MiaThat's a fair question, and honestly it depends on your skin and what you're after. I'm not able to advise on treatment myself — Dr. Reyes will take a proper look and tell you exactly what's right. That's really what the consult is for.
- CallerFair enough. Yeah, let's do that then.
- MiaPerfect. I have Thursday at three, or Friday at eleven thirty. Both with Dr. Reyes.
- CallerThursday at three works.
- MiaLovely. Thursday at three with Dr. Reyes. Can I take your name and a mobile number for the confirmation?
- CallerIt's Jordan Avery. Five five five, oh one four eight.
- MiaThank you, Jordan. You're all set — I've just texted you the details and a link in case you need to move it. Anything else I can help with?
- CallerNo, that's it. Thanks so much.
- MiaMy pleasure. We'll see you Thursday — have a lovely evening.

Every call your clinic gets, answered and booked.
Mia handles the six jobs your front desk does on the phone: answering, quoting from your menu, booking, qualifying new-patient consults, calling web leads back, and passing the caller to a human when they ask. She does them at 9pm and on Sundays.
Answers every call, in seconds
Nights, weekends, lunch rush, and the fifteen minutes your coordinator is walking a patient to the treatment room. No hold music, no phone tree, no voicemail.
Answers treatment and pricing questions
Botox, filler, laser hair removal, microneedling, HydraFacial, peels — Mia answers from your menu and your price list. Not from the internet, and not from guesswork.
Books, reschedules, and cancels
Checks live availability, holds the slot, and confirms the appointment in your scheduler while the caller is still on the phone — then texts them the confirmation.
Qualifies the new-patient consult
Captures what they want treated, whether they've had it before, and how soon they want in — so your coordinator opens the chart already knowing the conversation.
Calls new web leads back immediately
A form fill at 9:40pm gets a call at 9:40pm, while they're still comparing you against the clinic down the road.
Hands off to your team
Any caller who asks for a person gets one. If nobody is free, Mia takes the details and books the callback rather than dropping them into a mailbox.
Four things Mia will never do.
An AI on a medical-adjacent phone line is only as safe as its limits. These four are written into how Mia operates — they are not suggestions she weighs, and they hold on every call.
Never diagnoses, never advises
Mia does not assess a condition, recommend a treatment, or comment on medication. Clinical questions route to a consultation with your provider — every time.
Never invents a price
If a treatment isn't on the price list you gave us, Mia says she'll check with the team and takes a callback. She will not estimate, and she will not improvise a range.
Never says "booked" until it is
The word "confirmed" is only used after your scheduler returns a real appointment. No caller is ever told they have a slot that doesn't exist.
Never promises an outcome
No "guaranteed results," no "completely safe." The language that creates liability for an aesthetic practice is off the table by construction.
Your voicemail has a revenue number.
A missed call at a med spa is not a missed message — it is a patient who calls the next clinic on the list. Put your own numbers in and see what the calls you already miss are worth in a year.
After hours, at lunch, and while your team is with a patient.
Industry average is $536. Use your own if you know it.
Only some callers are ready to book. Keep this conservative.
Estimate only, on your inputs. $536 average per visit: AmSpa.
Voicemail takes a message. Mia takes the booking.
The difference between an AI receptionist and the other three options is where the call ends. Voicemail and answering services end with a task for your team; a new hire ends when their shift does. Mia ends the call with a confirmed appointment on your calendar.

Done for you. Live in days.
This is a managed service, not software you configure. You give us your treatment menu and your booking rules once; we build the agent, connect it, launch it, and keep tuning it while it runs.
- 01
We learn your clinic
Your treatment menu, your prices, your providers, your hours, your booking rules, and the ten questions callers actually ask. We write it into the agent — you review it in plain English.
- 02
We build and connect it
We wire the agent to your phone number and your scheduler, run it against your real call patterns, and tune it with you until it sounds like your best coordinator on her best day.
- 03
We run it. You take the bookings.
We monitor calls, review transcripts, and improve the agent every week. There is no dashboard you're obliged to babysit and no prompt for you to maintain.
It books into the system you already run on.
Connecting your scheduler is our job, not yours, and it happens during onboarding. If your system has an API, Mia writes to it directly. If it doesn't, she captures the full booking and hands it to your front desk in real time.

Questions med spa owners actually ask.
Everything below is how the agent behaves today — not a roadmap.
What is an AI receptionist for a med spa?
An AI receptionist for a med spa is a voice agent that answers your clinic's phone, speaks naturally with the caller, answers questions about your treatments and pricing, and books the appointment directly into your scheduler. Unlike an answering service, it does not take a message for someone to return later — it completes the booking during the call, while the caller still wants it.
Can it book appointments in my scheduler?
Yes. The agent checks live availability, holds the slot, and writes the confirmed appointment into your booking system before the call ends, then sends the caller a text confirmation. It also reschedules and cancels, verifying the appointment against the caller's name first.
Does it work with Boulevard, Vagaro, Mindbody, or Zenoti?
Yes — connecting your scheduler is part of onboarding, and we handle it. We work with Boulevard, Vagaro, Mindbody, Zenoti, Mangomint, Jane, PatientNow, and Aesthetic Record. If your system has an API, we connect it; if it doesn't, the agent captures the full booking and routes it to your front desk in real time.
Will it give medical advice or diagnose patients?
No. The agent is instructed never to diagnose a condition, recommend a treatment for a specific concern, or discuss medication, and it never claims a result is guaranteed or completely safe. Any clinical question is answered by offering a consultation with your provider. This constraint is built into how the agent operates, not left to its discretion.
What happens if it doesn't know the answer?
It says so, and takes a callback. The agent answers only from the clinic information you give us — your menu, prices, hours, providers, and policies. If a caller asks about something outside that, it tells them it will check with the team rather than guessing, which is what makes it safe to put on a medical-adjacent line.
How is this different from voicemail or an answering service?
Voicemail and answering services capture a name and number for your team to call back later; by then, most callers have already booked with whoever answered. This agent handles the whole conversation itself — treatment questions, availability, the booking, and the confirmation text — so the call ends with an appointment on your calendar instead of a task on someone's list.
Can callers still reach a human?
Always. Any caller who asks for a person is transferred immediately. If nobody is available, the agent takes their details and books a specific callback rather than sending them to a mailbox, and your team gets the transcript and summary.
How is patient information handled?
Calls are encrypted in transit and at rest, retention is configurable, and access is limited to the people at your clinic you nominate. We complete your BAA and any security review as part of onboarding, before the agent takes a single live call.
Does it handle Spanish-speaking callers?
Yes. The agent speaks over 30 languages including Spanish, and can switch mid-call when a caller does. Clinics in bilingual markets typically run it in English and Spanish from day one.
How long does it take to go live?
Most single-location med spas are live within days, not months. The work is on our side: we build the agent around your menu and rules, connect your number and scheduler, and run it past you before it answers a real call.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is based on your call volume and the systems we connect, rather than fixed seat tiers. For context, one recovered consultation a week covers a typical clinic's cost, at the industry-average $536 per patient visit. Book a demo and we'll price it against your actual call log.
Hear it on your calls — then we build yours.
Pick a time below. Thirty minutes, no deck — we'll play you calls, ask about your treatment menu and booking rules, and tell you straight whether this is worth doing for your clinic.
- Hear Mia handle a real med spa call — treatment questions, pricing, the booking
- We map it to your menu, your providers, and your scheduler
- Pricing quoted against your actual call volume, not a seat tier
